Cleaning of Water Supply Canals in Maidan Wardak Province
On March 28, 2023, the Afghanistan Community Resilience and Livelihoods Project commenced with cleaning activities for 27,120 meters irrigation canals in Qala-e-Chuqur, Qala-e-Sheona, Kamar Gero, Parwandi and Shamd villages in Behsud District of Maidan Wardak Province.
This project generates working opportunities for 127 people. 32 vulnerable families will be provided with food packages worth 10,000 AFN.
